(Fatherland) - The special music night "Do you still remember or have you forgotten", commemorating the 24th anniversary of the death of musician Trinh Cong Son (April 1, 2001 - April 1, 2025), will take place at 8:00 p.m. on March 29 - 30, at the Opera House, Hanoi.
Following the success of the music nights commemorating musician Trinh Cong Son in recent years, such as the program "Like a flying stork" in 2024, 2023, 2022, "Please let the sun sleep" in 2021, "Bien Nho" in 2020, and this year, to honor and commemorate the talented musician 24 years after his passing, the Vietnam Contemporary Arts Theater and Vietnam Gas Corporation (JSC) jointly organized the music night "Do you still remember or have you forgotten".
The special music night "Do you still remember or have you forgotten", commemorating the 24th anniversary of the death of musician Trinh Cong Son (April 1, 2001 - April 1, 2025), will take place at 8:00 p.m. on March 29 - 30, at the Opera House, Hanoi.
The music night was edited and directed by People's Artist Tran Binh, directed by Meritorious Artist Quynh Trang - Director of the Theater, with the participation of Saxophone artist Tran Manh Tuan, singers Duc Tuan, Bui Lan Huong, Minh Thu, Lo Thuy, Tuan Hiep and especially the participation of two young stars The Thien (niece of musician Trinh Cong Son) and Tlinh (young, talented female rapper) with Thoi Gian Group, May Dance Group and Hy Vong Dance Group.

Having a special relationship and being considered as the youngest brother in the family by musician Trinh Cong Son and his siblings! More than 20 years since the late musician passed away, Saxophonist Tran Manh Tuan has been assigned by his family to be the music director of major programs and always uses the sound of the trumpet to commemorate his elder brother in the profession.
Saxophonist Tran Manh Tuan said: "In 2021, after a stroke, I had to practice each finger and breathing to play music like a beginner, but I didn't need to relearn Trinh Cong Son's songs.
Having harmonized and played hundreds of Trinh songs over the years, the melodies seem to have become ingrained in my blood. I was very moved when I was invited to perform at the concert commemorating the 24th anniversary of the death of musician Trinh Cong Son and will perform two works: "Em di bo lai cong duong" and "Cat bui ".
