In recent times, departments, branches and localities of Quang Ninh have focused on promoting propaganda and dissemination of laws on land and resources, aiming to raise public awareness in managing and protecting resources in the area.

Specifically, the province has directed departments, branches, units and localities to focus on disseminating, disseminating and thoroughly, comprehensively and extensively to cadres, party members, union members and all classes of people about the policies and directions of the Provincial Party Committee, regulations of the Party, and laws of the State on land, resources and mineral management. For example, in the propaganda and dissemination of land law, since the draft, the province has directed departments, branches and localities to inform and organize many conferences to collect opinions, in order to promote ownership, mobilize collective intelligence and enthusiasm from agencies at all levels and people to participate in research and contribute opinions.

After being approved, it was determined that the dissemination and popularization of the new land law is an urgent and important task, aiming to bring the provisions of the law into life, ensuring unity and synchronization in land management of the entire political system and the entire people. Notably, on May 16, 2024, the Provincial Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education coordinated with the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies to organize a direct and online conference to disseminate and propagate the Land Law and the Law on Credit Institutions to more than 11,200 delegates; organized an online contest to learn about the 2024 Land Law in the area with thousands of participants. Departments, branches, and localities have proactively organized propaganda, training, invited reporters, or experts in the field of land to deploy to cadres, civil servants, and public employees.

Typically, Dong Trieu Town, on July 5, 2024, held a conference to propagate and disseminate the law to all key officials at all levels in the whole town, cadres, civil servants, public employees, voters and people, with nearly 4,000 attendees.

Similarly, for other resources, along with many solutions, propaganda work has been promoted, multiplying the responsibility of the whole society in protecting resources; many activities have been organized and maintained effectively such as the "Let's clean the sea" campaign jointly launched by the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Border Guard Command, aiming to protect marine resources in the area.

Or in the work of protecting and developing forest resources, documents, directives, resolutions, policies, and laws on forest protection and development issued by the Central and the province are all planned for study, dissemination, and implementation by Party committees, authorities, departments, and branches to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and people in the area.
