Promoting propaganda to celebrate the 55th anniversary of implementing Uncle Ho's Testament

The guidelines clearly state that the propaganda aims to review and affirm the profound theoretical and practical values in the Testament, ideology and moral example of President Ho Chi Minh ; to express respect and deep gratitude to him; to consolidate and foster the people's trust in the Party.

Thereby, contributing to encouraging and motivating cadres, party members, armed forces and all classes of people in the capital to actively study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh. Promoting the strength of great national unity and the strength of the times, building a rich and civilized Vietnam, building the capital Hanoi "civilized, cultured, modern".

The propaganda aims to evaluate, summarize achievements, lessons learned and commend typical collectives and individuals in 55 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament, encourage patriotic emulation movements, and be determined to fully implement his Testament, and complete the goals and tasks set forth by the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party.

Propaganda and commemoration work needs to be carried out in vivid, focused, creative, practical and effective forms, associated with actively implementing the Central Committee's resolutions on building and rectifying the Party and a clean and strong political system.

Commendation of typical collectives and individuals in implementing the Will and summarizing 3 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo on promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.
