To achieve the goal of safe and effective management and operation of the power grid in all situations, serving production and people's lives in the hot season, Hau Loc Power Company has been implementing solutions to implement the instructions of the Northern Power Corporation in general and Thanh Hoa Power Company in particular, contributing to promoting socio-economic development in the area.

In the first 5 months of 2024, Hau Loc Power Company completed a major repair project of a medium voltage line with a total renovation length of 13,126km. Invested in the construction of a project worth VND 2,577 billion to meet the electricity needs for production and people's lives. Coordinated with contractors to implement projects to upgrade 10kV power lines to 22kV operation level to synchronize with the Hau Loc 2 110kV station project, expected to be put into use in early 2025, ensuring safe and qualified power supply, meeting the increasing demand for electricity.
With the goal of safely operating the power system, providing continuous power to serve the political, socio-economic, production and daily needs of local people, especially during the peak hot days, Hau Loc Power Company has assigned 100% of its employees to take shifts to closely monitor weather developments and load growth; review and inspect the power grid situation; establish flexible and reasonable power supply methods, minimize power interruptions due to overload; promptly respond to unusual incidents. Fully prepare materials, equipment, means and human resources according to the "4 on-site" motto, take shifts 24/24 hours at the power company, power management team; be ready to be present in time, mobilize resources to proactively overcome sudden incidents as quickly as possible, and restore power to people and agencies and units. In addition, Hau Loc Electricity proactively propagates and encourages customers to apply measures to use electricity economically and share difficulties with the electricity industry during hot weather. Every citizen and business should raise awareness of saving electricity anytime, anywhere. Turning off unnecessary devices when not in use is also a green lifestyle, saving costs for families, agencies, and businesses, and contributing to saving electricity for the country.
Hau Loc is one of the areas that often experiences saline intrusion and drought, causing difficulties in providing irrigation water for agricultural production. Therefore, Hau Loc Power Company has coordinated with the district irrigation branch to proactively check the power system serving pumping stations, prepare spare materials and equipment, energize and test-operate the works, ensuring that 100% of the existing pumps are effective in pumping irrigation water and preventing drought in hot season crops.
Hau Loc Power Company has strengthened inspection, prevented violations from arising, coordinated with communes, towns and related units of the district to strictly handle cases of violations of the high-voltage grid safety corridor. Architectural parts that seriously violate the corridor and are at risk of causing incidents during rain and storms have been handled, the corridor has been cleared, ensuring a safe distance from the grid; and disseminated the Government's regulations on the safety of high-voltage grid works. Up to now, the unit has basically completely handled houses and works that violate the high-voltage grid safety corridor, avoiding unpredictable dangers. Proactively trimmed and cleared the grid corridor, architectural parts that seriously violate the corridor and are at risk of causing incidents, ensuring a safe distance from the high-voltage grid.
In fact, in 2023 and the first months of 2024, the unit has proactively and effectively implemented plans to respond to and handle incidents, using materials and equipment according to the "4 on-site" motto to promptly fix power outages at substations, and soon restore power to production activities and people's lives in the coastal area of Hau Loc district.

Along with proactively investing in upgrading and renovating the power system, Hau Loc Power Company has focused on solutions to thoroughly overcome the shortcomings and limitations of 2023. In particular, focusing on improving the quality of human resources performing electricity service provision, both professional expertise and communication skills, handling situations, especially the staff team communicating directly with customers. Proactively coordinate and implement communication programs to increase the rate of customers participating in cashless electricity payment, using electricity economically and efficiently, providing electricity services through electronic transactions and the National Public Service Portal... Organize planning and implementation to overcome shortcomings including the electricity metering system, preventing commercial losses. At the same time, review and complete the standardization of customer information at the site. Strictly implement programs, plans and specific measures to continue reducing power loss on the grid; do a good job of synthesizing and analyzing power loss after public substations and each medium-voltage line; give top priority to the criteria for reducing power loss. Strengthen the management of technical operations and labor safety to meet the requirements of production and business. Improve the quality of safety work, education and propaganda. Regularly remind workers to be aware of protecting themselves and their colleagues; improve the quality of electrical safety training and education for workers. Regularly inspect production sites. Develop plans to prevent and combat labor accidents. In the long term, it is recommended that Thanh Hoa Electricity Company continue to invest in upgrading and renovating the power system in the district to ensure modernity and synchronization, meeting the requirements of improving the quality of electricity, serving well the requirements of socio-economic development, ensuring security and national defense in the area.
