On the morning of August 14, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work. Speaking at the conference, Colonel Le Van Trung congratulated and acknowledged the efforts, training, learning and growth of the comrades who were transferred and appointed this time. At the same time, he requested that the comrades quickly grasp the situation of the tasks, promote good spirit and responsibility, uphold the principle of democratic centralism, create a high level of solidarity and unity within the Party Committee - command, within the agency, unit with the local Party Committee and government, lead and direct the implementation of key political tasks; perform well the advisory function for the local Party Committee and government to direct the implementation of military and defense tasks.
Comrades in new positions need to focus on building a strong and comprehensive agency and unit; a strong Party organization in terms of politics, ideology and organization, ready to receive and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
At the same time, it is recommended that agencies and units do a good job of preparing and handing over work closely, on time and according to regulations, and not let the handover affect the performance of the agency's or unit's tasks.
