On the afternoon of December 21, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies held a conference to review Party building, inspection and supervision (KTGS) work in 2023, and deploy key tasks in 2024. Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended and directed the conference. In 2023, the Executive Committee (EC) and the Party Committee Standing Committee of the Bloc actively innovated leadership methods, focused on leading and directing political and ideological education for cadres and party members; organized the dissemination, implementation, preliminary and final summary of the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions to ensure effectiveness and timeliness. Implemented the 2023 theme on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with a wide-ranging political activity. Propaganda and reporting work had many innovations; strengthened the organization of thematic conferences, competitions, online conferences, seminars, exchanges and festivals with good results, attracting the attention and active participation of cadres and party members.

The consolidation, improvement and enhancement of the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization (TCĐ) and the quality of Party members are given importance. Directing the improvement of the quality of Party Committee activities, regular and thematic Party cell activities to ensure discipline, practical content, and suitability to the characteristics of the situation of the agency and unit. Promoting the development of new Party members and strengthening Party member management.

In 2023, the Party Committee admitted 76 outstanding people to the Party, reaching 126% of the annual plan, reaching over 3% of the total number of Party members in the Party Committee. Guidance on reviewing and organizing the assessment and classification of the quality of grassroots Party organizations (GSOs) and Party members in 2023 to ensure compliance with regulations. As a result, 98% of GSOs and 97.5% of Party members completed their tasks well or better.

Inspection, supervision (KTGS), and disciplinary enforcement in the Party have been strengthened; inspections have been conducted on 4 TCĐs and 10 party members; thematic supervision of 4 TCĐs and 8 party members; The Party Committee Inspection Committee of the Bloc has conducted 2 inspections of signs of violations against 3 party members of the grassroots party committee. Thereby contributing to limiting and preventing violations, strictly maintaining Party discipline. The leadership and direction of the activities of mass organizations in the block have been in the direction of innovating the content and methods of operation, being practical and effective. Also in 2023, the Party Committee of the Bloc has focused on leading the Party committees at all levels to advise, propose, and effectively implement the policies and laws of the Party and the State, contributing to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the province.

To successfully carry out the tasks set out in 2024, speaking at the conference, Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, requested: Party committees and trade unions under the Bloc to focus on leadership and direction, closely following the orientations, goals and tasks identified in the thematic and annual resolutions, key programs and projects of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Focus on implementing key tasks and solutions set out after the mid-term review, strive to complete and exceed the goals and targets set out in the Resolution of the 6th Party Congress of the Bloc for the 2020-2025 term. Strengthen political and ideological education for Party members.

Promote the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (term XII), Conclusion No. 21 of the Central Committee (term XIII) on Party building and rectification and the political system in conjunction with promoting the implementation of Directive No. 05, Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo, thematic year 2024. Grasp the situation and ideological developments of Party members, civil servants and employees and workers. Actively fight and refute erroneous and hostile viewpoints, protect the Party's ideological foundation; promote the exemplary responsibility of Party members, especially heads of Party committees, leaders of agencies and units. At the same time, focus on the work of building and consolidating the Party's organizational structure.

Continue to direct the innovation and improvement of the quality of Party cell activities; strive to achieve the annual rate of new Party members to meet the set targets. Timely complete the Party committees of the branches and affiliated Party committees to meet the requirements of the tasks. Deploy the preparation work for the Party Congresses at all levels of the Bloc for the 2025-2030 term; personnel for the 7th Party Congress of the Bloc for the 2025-2030 term. On the other hand, comprehensively carry out the task of KTGS; Lead and direct the grassroots Party committees to promote the role of the political nucleus, proactively coordinate and advise, and effectively carry out the political tasks of the province; build strong mass organizations...
