On the afternoon of December 30, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies held a conference to review the work in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025. In 2024, closely following the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc proactively developed and issued resolutions, focused on leading and directing affiliated party organizations and unions to strengthen coordination with professional leaders to direct cadres, party members, civil servants and workers to effectively implement and complete the political targets and tasks of the sector, agency and unit; contributing to the successful implementation of targets, tasks and solutions for socio-economic development of the province.

Outstanding features include: Directing the implementation of political and ideological education and mass mobilization work in a timely and flexible manner; effectively implementing Party building work in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres; focusing on management and development of Party members, especially young Party members and Party members among students; strengthening leadership, direction, implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks according to regulations, with focus and key points; maintaining the principles of organization, discipline, order and activities in the entire Party Committee of the Bloc.

Regarding the key tasks in 2025, the Party Committee of the Bloc will continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the quality of party committee members at all levels; promote solidarity, democracy, discipline, self-reliance and self-strengthening; resolutely fight against corruption, negativity and waste; develop and implement the inspection and supervision program and plan for 2025 to ensure comprehensiveness, strictness, focus, key points, synchronization, and suitability with the political tasks of the sector, agency and unit; strive to complete the set goals and targets and successfully organize party congresses at all levels...

Speaking at the conference, comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, requested: Party committees at all levels in the entire Party Bloc seriously implement the direction of the Central Steering Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee. on summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18 of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently". The Party Committee of the Bloc will be the core advisory nucleus for the two newly established Party Committees when implementing the reorganization and streamlining of the apparatus.

Party committees at all levels must focus on directing the preparation and organization of Party congresses at all levels towards the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, ensuring the correct progress, procedures and regulations. At the same time, improve the quality and effectiveness of political and ideological work, self-criticism and criticism, the quality of Party activities, and Party committee activities associated with effectively implementing the model of "Four-good Party cells", "Four-good grassroots Party committees", and the pilot model of thematic activities "Party cell 35" in the entire Party; focus on building the Party in terms of ethics and ideology, ensuring ideological stability of the cadre team, building a new apparatus after the merger to operate better and more effectively; strengthen the inspection and supervision work of Party committees, Party organizations and inspection committees at all levels.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board emphasized: The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc is a special Party Committee, playing a very important role in implementing the 2025 working theme of Quang Ninh province, which is "Breakthrough in economic development, creating momentum for the new term", therefore, the implementation plans to concretize the working theme of the year must have clear tasks, specific solutions, focus, key points, clear work, clear model, avoiding generality, spreading out, and difficulty in counting.

Immediately after the conference, it is recommended that grassroots party organizations review the entire annual work program, inspection and supervision programs of agencies, branches, and grassroots party committees... to ensure that all work is not interrupted and that the organization performs its tasks better after the merger.
