According to the report at the conference, in addition to leading the implementation of political tasks in each sector, field, agency and unit, Party committees at all levels have focused on promoting Party building and rectification work.
Notably, the organization of studying and strictly implementing the policies, resolutions and conclusions of the Central and the province. Carrying out the work of reviewing and supplementing the planning of cadres and planning of Party committees for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms. Seriously implementing political activities on raising the sense of responsibility and effectiveness of public service implementation among Party members, civil servants and public employees under the Party Committee of the Bloc to identify the situation of avoiding, pushing, not doing correctly and not doing well the assigned duties and tasks.
Thereby, raising awareness, responsibility, political determination, self-awareness, setting an example, proposing solutions, improving leadership, management, operation and task performance capacity of each agency, unit and each party member in the common responsibility of contributing to the construction and development of the province.
At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc directed relevant party organizations to develop plans and organize reviews and disciplinary actions against party organizations and party members according to Plan No. 352 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing Notice No. 581 dated November 30, 2023 of the Central Inspection Commission (reviews were conducted on 13 party organizations and 92 party members). Through reviews, disciplinary actions were taken against 2 party organizations and 4 party members.
The entire Party Bloc has 2 party organizations and 14 party members subject to disciplinary action. The violations were in the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities; violations of Party regulations, State policies and laws, and violations of population and family planning policies.
In the first 6 months of the year, the Party Committee of the Bloc admitted 37/155 outstanding people into the Party, reaching 23.87% of the assigned target; officially transferred 84 cases to Party membership; issued Party membership cards to 123 cases; organized 2 rounds of awarding Party Badges to 20 Party members. Completed the review of Party member records (4521/4521 records) and summarized and reported to the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee for monitoring and direction.
The conference focused on discussing a number of shortcomings and limitations that need to be focused on and resolved related to the work of developing and managing party members; political and ideological education; inspection and supervision; handling of petitions... and proposed solutions to carry out tasks in the last 6 months of 2024.
Concluding the conference, Mr. Thai Binh - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc emphasized that Party committees and Party organizations at all levels should pay more attention to Party building work; continue to lead cadres and Party members of agencies and units to actively and well perform the political tasks of the industry and field, advise the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee to continue to effectively implement solutions to restore and develop the socio-economy to ensure the achievement of the set goals and plans. With the spirit of accelerating and breaking through to complete the tasks of 2024, creating momentum to successfully complete the goals and tasks set out in the term of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress.
