Doing well the work of political and ideological education is one of the top tasks that the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies focuses on, deploys regularly, continuously, with many innovations and creativity. Thanks to that, the contingent of cadres, party members, and the masses in the entire Party Committee are constantly improving their political capacity, strengthen faith, practice about ethics, lifestyle, professional qualifications. Especially clearly aware of the role and responsibility for the task of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, enthusiastically competing for the comprehensive development of Quang Ninh province in the new period.
The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc gathers cadres and party members working at provincial-level units of Quang Ninh, responsible for advising, planning and implementing policies and resolutions of the Central and the province, making important contributions to the socio-economic development of Quang Ninh province over the years. Therefore, the Party Committee of the Bloc always pays top priority to political and ideological education, closely directing each party committee, branch and affiliated organizations. The goal is to constantly consolidate the contingent of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees with steadfast political will, good moral qualities, high professional qualifications, and standard behavior in performing public duties. Thereby, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of party committees and organizations at all levels; building a cultural environment in each agency and unit, creating a foundation for the entire Party Committee to compete enthusiastically in all aspects of work, excellently completing assigned political tasks.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Giao, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, said: In recent years, the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee have issued many documents to implement directives, resolutions, and action programs of the Central and the province on political and ideological education work. Typical examples include Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU dated April 28, 2017 "on improving the quality and effectiveness of some activities of political and ideological work in the new situation in the Provincial Party Committee"; Resolution No. 02-NQ/ĐUK dated November 2, 2021 "on strengthening the role and responsibility of party organizations and party members in the Provincial Party Committee when using social networks in the period 2021-2025"; annual thematic plans to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo...
The work of training, fostering political theory, studying, thoroughly grasping directives, resolutions, updating new knowledge... is also always focused on implementing closely following the training programs of the Central Propaganda Department, ensuring both quantity and quality. Within the framework of the classes for Party members and new Party members, students are able to visit and conduct practical research at historical revolutionary sites in the province, Quang Ninh Museum... in accordance with the study topics.
Thoroughly implementing the direction of the superiors, the grassroots Party Committees at the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies always pay attention to innovating and improving the quality of Party cell activities. Based on the working regulations, the Party Committees have promptly assigned specific tasks to Party Committee members in charge of each aspect of work associated with political and ideological work. Specifically: Promptly implementing resolutions, directives, and guiding documents of the Party; sending Party Committee members to attend activities at subordinate Party cells; regularly grasping the situation, ideological developments, thoughts and aspirations of Party members to promptly encourage cadres and Party members to feel secure in their work... Each cadre, Party member, civil servant, and public employee, first of all the leader, strives to set an example in politics, ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and through specific daily actions.
In particular, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has issued a Decision to establish a Steering Committee and a Secretariat to assist Steering Committee 35 in protecting the Party's foundation and ideology, fighting against erroneous and hostile views; establishing a Collaborators Group of Steering Committee 35 of the Party Committee of the Bloc... to strengthen the fight against and refute bad and toxic information, creating resistance against plots, activities, and distorted arguments, inciting sabotage. At the same time, it regularly commends and encourages the replication of typical examples, aiming to widely spread the spirit of emulation among cadres and party members.
On September 4, 1964, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 139-QD/TU, merging the three Party Committees of Dan Dang, Government and Bai Chay agencies to establish the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee. Now it is the Party Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Agencies. Over 60 years of construction and growth (1964 - 2024), through many stages with different names and organizational changes, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies has always maintained the tradition of solidarity, strived to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and rose up; together with cadres, party members and people in the province, performed well the political tasks in all historical periods of the country and the province. The efforts of the Party Committee of the Bloc have been recognized by the Party and the State. The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc was awarded the Third Class Labor Medal (2004), Second Class Labor Medal (2014) by the State, the Emulation Flag by the Government (2018), the Provincial People's Committee awarded the Flag for Leading the Emulation Movement (2013); many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements were awarded Orders, Medals, Certificates of Merit by the Central Government, the Province and other noble awards. |
