Training course on reviewing poor and near-poor households in 2024 in Dak Glong district

Attending the conference were 150 officials working on reviewing poor and near-poor households in the district; leaders of the People's Committees of communes; cultural and social officials in charge of the field of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of communes; heads of villages and hamlets in Dak Glong district.

At the training session, delegates were updated on the content of Decree No. 07/2021/ND-CP of the Government on regulations on multidimensional poverty standards for the period 2021 - 2025; Decision No. 24/2021/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the process of reviewing poor and near-poor households and identifying agricultural , forestry and fishery households with average living standards for the period 2022 - 2025.

Officials of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs provide basic guidance and answer questions in the process of reviewing poor and near-poor households.

In addition, the conference also detailed the plan to review poor and near-poor households; the implementation process and progress; and provided guidance on methods to review, classify and determine the income of households working in agriculture, forestry and fishery.

Through training, local officials and teams working on poverty reduction have a clear understanding of the process, ensuring that the investigation and listing of poor and near-poor households are carried out openly, transparently and fairly. This is an important basis for effectively implementing poverty reduction and social security policies for people in Dak Glong district in the coming time.
