Hanoi Radio & Television promotes propaganda about online public services

(CLO) On March 20, Hanoi Radio and Television (PT&TH) coordinated with the Public Administration Service Center to organize a signing ceremony of comprehensive cooperation to promote propaganda work; guide people and businesses about online public services in Hanoi.

According to Mr. Cu Ngoc Trang - Director of the City's Public Administration Service Center, Hanoi Radio and Television Station is the main press agency of the Capital with a variety of media types, aiming to update information in the fastest and most accurate way, meeting the needs of Surfing - Watching - Listening - Reading - Touching, not only of readers and listeners of the Capital but also for information beneficiaries across the country.

Therefore, Hanoi Radio and Television Station was chosen as a comprehensive cooperation partner to work with the Center to deploy propaganda and guidance content for people and businesses about online public services in Hanoi.

Mr. Nguyen Kim Khiem - General Director - Editor-in-Chief of Hanoi Radio and Television Station emphasized some coordination tasks such as: Hanoi Radio and Television Station will build propaganda videos about public services on the ihanoi app - which currently has 5.7 million accounts. The media products will not stop at the products that are broadcast but will be propaganda products about public administrative services produced specifically for the Public Administration Center.

Hanoi Radio and Television Station will also create videos on how to guide about 500 administrative procedures, not only serving citizens and businesses in Hanoi but also guiding and answering questions about public administrative procedures nationwide....

According to the cooperation content, Hanoi Radio and Television Station and the Public Administration Service Center will coordinate to produce vivid and attractive media products broadcast on platforms such as television, radio, newspapers or digital platforms such as Youtube; Facebook; Tiktok, Zalo, ... and on public service portals, public places, helping people in the capital quickly and easily access the methods and procedures for using online public services.

With this cooperation, Hanoi Radio and Television Station is not only a consultant on promotion methods and approaches but also directly participates in the production and implementation of promotional products and at the same time contributes to the widespread dissemination of online public services on all mass media platforms.
