Mr. Takahama Yoshito - Deputy General Director of Operations and General Administration of Dai-ichi Life Vietnam Company - said he was very happy and pleased to be able to accompany Tuoi Tre newspaper in the journey of helping disadvantaged new students to have the opportunity to enter university and college.

During the meeting, Mr. Takahama emphasized that the company always focuses on taking care of the education sector. "Over the past years, we have supported community activities with about 70 billion VND.

Education alone is over 26 billion VND through scholarships, gifts, and learning tools. More than 40,000 students have received help," he said.

According to Dai-ichi Life Vietnam, School Support is a long-standing program that is meaningful and highly appreciated by the community, and the company always wants to accompany it. Last year, the company also donated 500 million VND to the program.

Receiving the support, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nguyen - deputy editor-in-chief of Tuoi Tre newspaper - said that Northern Vietnam had just suffered a severe storm Yagi, and it would be even more difficult for new students in mountainous areas and areas affected by natural disasters.

Spending 5 billion to help people affected by storms and floods

Along with supporting poor students, Ms. Luu Thi Thu Hang - senior director of brand and marketing of Dai-ichi Vietnam - recently informed that the company has spent 5 billion VND to help people affected by storms and floods.

"We are also searching for customer information to pay as soon as possible, and it is estimated that we have paid about 2.7 billion VND so far.

At the same time, we support agents and employees who suffered damage due to storms and floods to share some of the difficulties with the community, hoping that everyone will overcome the current situation and have faith in the life insurance industry," said Ms. Hang.
