Continue to promote the model of people trust - Party nominates
Sharing the exciting atmosphere, with the close direction of the Party Committee and the government, proactively preparing from afar, early, from the grassroots, just 7 days after the election of village and neighborhood chiefs, the Ly Thuong Kiet neighborhood Party Cell, Tien Yen town, Tien Yen district held the Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2027 term. This is the first Party Cell Congress in the district and the whole province.
The Ly Thuong Kiet neighborhood party cell has 59 party members operating in 4 party groups divided by residential groups, an increase of 9 party members compared to the beginning of the term. During the past term, the cell sent 3 people to participate in the party target class and admitted 1 new party member. The neighborhood leaders elected the neighborhood chief for the 2025-2027 term with a voter turnout rate of 100%. By the end of 2024, the neighborhood will have no more poor or near-poor households; no more agricultural, forestry, or fishery households with an average living standard; the number of households with a good living standard will increase from 62% (in 2022) to 68% (in 2024). Every year, the neighborhood has achieved the title of cultural neighborhood, with the rate of cultural families reaching over 99%.
With the consensus, solidarity and high unanimity of the Party members in the Party cell, the Congress was successfully held. In which, the Party cell secretary and deputy party cell secretary for the 2025-2027 term were directly elected at the Congress with a high percentage of votes.
Mr. Tran Dang Ninh, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Ly Thuong Kiet Ward, said: In the role of leader, in the coming time, I will continue to promote my capacity, qualities, and make efforts to build a Party Cell that can complete its tasks well or better, with 90% of Party members completing their tasks well, of which a maximum of 20% of Party members completing their tasks excellently, with no weak or disciplined Party members; the rate of Party members participating in regular activities is over 85% of the total; admitting 2 new Party members per year. In addition, I, together with the collective of cadres, Party members and people of the ward, will build the ward to achieve the title of cultural, exemplary culture, increase the income of people to reach an average of 70 million VND per capita per year, with no more poor or near-poor households, ensuring that there are no temporary or dilapidated houses in the area to improve people's lives.
Mr. Nguyen Cao Khai, Head of the Organizing Committee of Tien Yen District Party Committee, said: To successfully organize grassroots Party cell congresses, towards Party congresses at all levels, Tien Yen district has strengthened leadership and direction; issued plans to organize congresses; trained and guided the organization work to each branch and Party committee. Up to now, the whole district has had 24 village, hamlet and residential area Party cells successfully organizing congresses with 100% of village, hamlet and residential area heads elected as Party cell secretaries with a high percentage of votes. This is an important premise for Tien Yen district to strive to complete 76 village, hamlet and residential area Party cell congresses before January 15, 2025.
In Tau Tien village, Don Dac commune, Ba Che district, with 100% of party members being ethnic minorities, this is the first village in Don Dac commune and Ba Che district to hold a Party Congress for the 2025-2027 term. All the roads, alleys, and cultural houses of the village are bright red with flags, banners, and slogans. In the brilliant colors of ethnic shirts, party members are happy, joyful, and excited to participate in the important political activity of the party cell. With the ballot, the party members of Tau Tien village wisely chose Mr. Trieu Kim Phat as the Party Cell Secretary and Village Chief with a voting rate of over 95%. In response to that trust, the Party Cell Secretary and Village Chief of Tau Tien village is deeply aware that the assigned task is both an honor and a great responsibility before the Party cell, before party members, and before the people. At the same time, I wish to continue to strive and constantly fulfill the responsibilities assigned by the Party and the people.
Mr. Trieu Kim Phat shared: With the trust of party members and people, taking on "two roles", as the leader of the party cell and the village, I will continue to make efforts to lead and direct party members to build a clean and strong party cell, enhance the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members; strive to be the leading village in shifting the economic structure of "agriculture - industry - services", developing products towards commodities. At the same time, strive to complete the goal of recruiting 1 or more new party members, the average income reaches 85 million VND/person/year, the village has no more near-poor households.

Implementing the direction of the Central, the province and the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee, with careful, thorough and methodical preparation, at the end of December 2024, the Repair Workshop No. 1 Party Cell under the Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company Party Committee successfully organized the 2nd Congress, term 2025-2027. This is the unit directed to organize the model Party Cell Congress of the Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company Party Committee. Promoting the spirit of concentration, democracy and unity, the Congress summarized the implementation of the Party Cell Congress resolution for the term 2023-2025, determined the goals, directions and tasks for the term 2025-2027. At the same time, the new Party Cell Executive Committee was elected, the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell for the term 2025-2027 and delegates to the Company-level Congress were elected, in which Mr. Vu Quang Dung, Manager of Repair Workshop No. 1 was elected as Party Cell Secretary.
Ms. Tran Thi Minh Hong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company, said: The Party Committee of Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company has 31 Party cells with more than 1,000 Party members. The Party Committee of Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company determines that if the Party cell is good, all Party policies will be well implemented, all work will progress continuously, and the assigned political tasks will be successfully carried out. Therefore, the grassroots Party cell congress is an important political activity for the Party cells and the entire Party Committee. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Company has developed a specific plan for the grassroots Party cell congress, guided the Party cells to draft political reports, prepare personnel plans, propaganda, decoration, celebrations, etc. Regarding the personnel plan, the Party Committee of the Company continues to consistently implement the policy that the Party cell secretary is also the head of department or workshop manager. On that basis, the Company Party Committee directed the Party cells to complete the congress before January 20, 2025, creating an important premise for organizing the Company Party Congress before May 15, 2025.

Together with the Party cells of state-owned enterprises, the Party Committees of private economic units in the province have proactively directed, guided, and urged the Party cells to organize congresses.
Right in the first days of the new year, the Party Committee of Private Economic Units of Cam Pha City directed the successful organization of the 2nd Congress of the Party Cell of Cam Pha Trade and Tourism Services Joint Stock Company, term 2025-2027. With the intelligence, solidarity and unity of 31 Party members in the Party Cell, the Congress summarized the implementation of the Party Cell Congress resolution for the term 2023-2025, determined the goals, directions and tasks for the term 2025-2027, elected the new Party Cell Executive Committee, elected the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell for the term 2025-2027 with a high number of votes of confidence. In which, Mr. Pham Minh Thang, General Director of Cam Pha Trade and Tourism Services Joint Stock Company was elected as Party Cell Secretary.
Mr. Dau Phan Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Private Economic Units of Cam Pha City, emphasized: The successful organization of the grassroots Party cell congress not only contributes to improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength, and role of the Party organization in non-state enterprises; completing production and business tasks, well implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, but also contributes to building a clean and strong Party organization. The Party Committee of Private Economic Units of Cam Pha City has 28 Party cells with 461 Party members. Based on the model Party Congress of the Party Cell of Cam Pha Tourism Service and Trade Joint Stock Company, the Party Committee of Private Economic Units of Cam Pha City will organize experience sharing, direct Party cells in the entire Party Committee to organize congresses, strive to complete the congresses before February 15, 2025, thereby contributing significantly to the success of the Party Congress of Private Economic Units of Cam Pha City in particular and Party Congresses at all levels in general.
