Three large plots of land with a total area of over 5,500 m2, were approved by Da Nang city for starting prices and auctioned.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City said that the City Land Fund Development Center coordinated with Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company to organize auctions for 10 land plots in the city.
Accordingly, Da Nang City will auction 1 land plot with one-time payment for the entire lease term and 9 land plots with annual payment.
Specifically, the land auctioned in the form of one-time payment for the entire lease term is Land plot coded C2-9B in the KTQD strip along National Highway 1A, located on 2 fronts of Nguyen Van Vinh and Huynh Tinh Cua streets (Hoa Phuoc commune, Hoa Vang district). This is non-agricultural production land (warehouse construction), with an area of over 2,974m2; the starting price is 7,478,680 VND/m2.
Of the 9 land lots auctioned in the form of annual payments, 3 land lots were auctioned by Da Nang city to build parking lots.
Specifically, the land at 383 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street (Hoa Tho Dong Ward, Cam Le District); the land area is 2,991m2; starting price is 68,244 VND/m2/year.
Land plot No. 172 Nguyen Chi Thanh (Phuoc Ninh ward, Hai Chau district), with a total area of 1,639 m2, starting price of VND 200,800/m2/year,
The remaining land auctioned for parking lot construction is Lot No. 51A Ly Tu Trong (Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District) with an area of 892m2; starting price is 203,063 VND/m2/year.

In addition, Da Nang City also organized an auction of Land Lot No. 522B Nguyen Luong Bang (Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District) to build a General Hospital, area 6,336m2; starting price 191,015 VND/m2/year.
Land plot A2-2 An Hoa 4 residential area is located at 5 frontages of Van Don, Tran Thanh Tong, Hoang Quoc Viet, Nai Thinh 5 and Nai Thinh 7 streets (Nai Hien Dong ward, Son Tra district), medical facility land (construction of General Hospital); area 9,525m2; starting price 271,189 VND/m2/year.
During this period, Da Nang city also auctioned 2 land plots to build kindergartens, which are Land Plot A8 in Area E expansion - Nam Cau Cam Le residential area; located on 3 fronts of Con Dau 4, Con Dau 6 and Con Dau 7 streets (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district); area 2,277m2, starting price; 184,893 VND/m2/year.
Land plot A2-2 Bui Ta Han residential area, (Khue My ward, Ngu Hanh Son district), land for building a kindergarten, area 1,480m2; starting price 187,772 VND/m2/year.
During this period, Da Nang City also auctioned Land Lot A2-8 in Area E2 expansion - Nam Cau Cam Le Residential Area, located on 3 frontages of Tran Quoc Thao, Tran Nam Trung and Liem Lac 5 streets (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district), this is land for building a nursing home; area 10,964m2; starting price 206,625 VND/m2/year.
In addition, there is also a Supermarket Area at land lot A12 in Resettlement Area No. 6 in the land exploitation strip along DT 602 (Hoa Son commune, Hoa Vang district); commercial service land (Supermarket construction), area 3,640m2; starting price 94,473 VND/m2/year.
The Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center requests organizations and individuals registering to participate in the auction of land use rights for the above land plots to contact the Center or Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company for instructions.
