The Board of Directors (BOD) of Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company (DBC) has just decided to dismiss Ms. Bui Hai Huyen from the position of Deputy General Director and terminate the labor contract with her.
Accordingly, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen is responsible for handing over in writing all work, documents, records and assets related to the position she has held in accordance with the company's regulations.
Ms. Bui Hai Huyen (1976) holds the position of Deputy General Director of Dabaco from August 2023.
Thus, Ms. Huyen has only worked at Dabaco for about 6 months.
Ms. Bui Hai Huyen has held many important positions at FLC Group. She was the General Director and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors under Mr. Trinh Van Quyet as Chairman of this group.
At the end of February 2023, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen resigned from her positions as General Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLC.
Ms. Huyen has held the position of Deputy General Director of FLC Group since 2015 and was appointed to the position of General Director since March 2020. In early July 2022, Ms. Huyen held the position of Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLC after the incident of a senior leader at this enterprise.
Ms. Huyen has more than 20 years of experience in the field of management, operation, and consulting at many large enterprises. When leaving her leadership position at FLC, in a letter to employees, Ms. Huyen said that FLC needed a new wind after the past events.
