The Hanoi Television Singing Contest 2023 will be a completely new version.

Journalist Nguyen Kim Khiem, General Director - Editor-in-Chief of Hanoi Radio and Television Station, said that the 2023 Hanoi Singing Contest pays close attention to the expertise, talent and development potential of young talents, promoting aesthetic values of music.

The competition creates development conditions for young musical talents, students from art and culture schools, music training facilities in the city, searching for new faces and promising voices, and is also a place where young artists of art troupes can find their mark and opportunities.

In particular, the Organizing Committee encourages contestants to sing new songs about Hanoi, works composed and performed by the contestants themselves.

According to the Organizing Committee, the Hanoi Television Singing Contest 2023 will be a completely new version, with serious investment in both professional and technical quality. Not only will there be the participation of art organizations and units such as the Vietnam Musicians Association and the Hanoi Music Association, but there will also be support and advice from leading Vietnamese vocal artists.

Participating in the Hanoi Singing Contest 2023 is not only a singing contest for citizens of the capital, but also an opportunity for voices from all over the country to sing about Hanoi, sing from Hanoi.

In addition, each contestant will have their own personal Youtube channel created according to the contest's identity to post their journey to conquer the championship title. Views, likes and interactions on this official Youtube channel will be a basis for the organizers to evaluate and find the contestant most loved by the audience.

In order to create all conditions for candidates to register to participate, as well as to bring this artistic playground to young people across the country, the Organizing Committee of the Hanoi Singing Contest 2023 has decided on the participation standards for candidates.

Specifically, there is no space limit for candidates; Candidates are from 18-32 years old, regardless of gender, high school graduate or higher, have not violated the law...

In particular, the Organizing Committee will give priority to candidates who have won prizes at provincial competitions since 2018; Candidates who have reached the National Finals of Sao Mai Competition 2018, 2020, 2022; Candidates who have reached the Semi-finals of The Voice - The Voice; Candidates who won First - Second - Third prizes in provincial singing competitions, Television Singing; Candidates who have reached the finals of the Hanoi Voice Ranking in 2018, 2020, 2022.
