
The issuance of the plan aims to concretize and implement the viewpoints, policies and solutions in Resolution No. 35 in line with the functions, tasks and characteristics and specific situations of state administrative agencies and authorities at all levels. Through that, it creates a strong and synchronous change from awareness to action of the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in implementing mass mobilization work associated with the tasks of each agency, locality and unit.
Accordingly, there are 5 tasks and solutions to concretize Resolution 35. That is to enhance the responsibility of heads of state agencies at all levels and cadres, civil servants and public employees in mass mobilization work in the province. Continue to innovate and create strong changes in mass mobilization work of state agencies at all levels according to the motto "Serving the people". Coordinate with the Front, socio-political organizations and mass organizations to carry out mass mobilization work. Focus on mass mobilization work in ethnic minority areas, mountainous areas, border areas, islands and areas with a large number of religious people. Improve the quality and widely deploy the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization".
The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to base on Resolution No. 35 and the plan of the Provincial People's Committee to develop a plan to organize and implement to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the proposed tasks and solutions, in accordance with the characteristics and situation of each agency, unit and locality.
In particular, the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to focus on effectively implementing the administrative reform program;
