On the afternoon of August 22, Loc Ha district held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW, dated June 3, 2013 of the Party Central Committee, 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW, dated January 7, 2019 of the Secretariat on "Strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation"; 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW, dated October 22, 2018 of the Politburo on "Strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation".

To put the Central's resolutions and conclusions on mass mobilization work into practice, Loc Ha district has seriously disseminated, fully trained, and promptly issued documents on this work to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.

The work of inspecting, supervising and urging the implementation of the resolution and the review of Resolution 25-NQ/TW and Conclusion 43-KL/TW were well carried out. Judicial agencies have seriously implemented public ethics, enhanced their sense of responsibility and awareness of serving the people. The police and military forces have coordinated with the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and mass organizations to do a good job of propagating and disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to the people.

The activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have undergone many innovations, in line with the practical situation; actively mobilizing and gathering union members, closely following the grassroots, grasping the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of the people; participating in solving many issues at the grassroots level.

To improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work, the work of receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations continues to be well implemented by agencies, units and localities in Loc Ha. The work of receiving citizens associated with handling complaints and denunciations is effective and efficient; a number of pending and complicated cases through dialogue and explanation have been agreed upon by citizens, ending complaints, contributing to creating a stable security situation at the grassroots level.

Accordingly, in the past 10 years, the district has received 11,268 citizens, received and processed 3,093 petitions of all kinds.

In recent times, Party committees, agencies and units in Loc Ha have also thoroughly grasped Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the Politburo. Accordingly, the district has promptly consolidated and supplemented the district-level Steering Committee 35, built a qualified team of collaborators (20 people), built a strong team of reporters (30 people), and active public opinion makers (17 people). Sectors and localities have also closely and effectively coordinated with Steering Committee 35, the Religious Steering Committee, the police force 35, the military force 47... to improve the ability to respond quickly, create a "firewall" to prevent bad and toxic information, guide public opinion, and maintain security and order.

In addition, the work of capturing and monitoring social network accounts is always focused on to prevent, refute, and combat bad, toxic information that negatively affects public opinion.
