On the morning of August 25, the Party Executive Committee of Ha Tinh province held a conference to review 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 of the Politburo on "Protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation"; thoroughly grasping the directives and resolutions of the central and provincial levels.

The direction and orientation of propaganda work is increasingly concerned and implemented effectively. Information and propaganda articles about the example of "good people, good deeds", studying and following Uncle Ho are regularly posted and shared on social networking platforms; promptly detect false information, deploy measures to combat, orient or advise the Party Committee to direct and handle, creating trust and stability among the people.

Units and localities proactively build social network accounts, establish pages and groups to propagate, exchange, orient information, and refute false and harmful information. Local press agencies are active in the fight against and refute false information and viewpoints with many forms of information and propaganda on mainstream media and spread on social networks to attract public attention, create a strong mainstream voice to refute false and harmful information and orient public opinion.

In 2022, the whole province won 1 A prize and 1 consolation prize, the Steering Committee of 35 provinces was commended for its excellent performance in launching and organizing the contest. In 2023, the whole province had more than 7,671 articles participating in the contest; the province reviewed and selected 66 quality articles to send to the Central-level contest.

The conference also listened to Directive No. 23-CT/TW dated May 25, 2023 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in ensuring traffic order and safety in the new situation; Resolution No. 14-NQ/TU dated March 31, 2023 and Resolution No. 15-NQ/TU dated May 31, 2023 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on building the Ha Tinh Public Security force in the new situation.
