The signing ceremony was attended by representatives Mr. Nguyen Minh Tu - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stavian Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stavian Industrial Metal, Mr. Pham Viet Khoa - Chairman of the Board of Directors of FECON Group and representatives of the two units' leadership.
The signing ceremony marks an important beginning, towards comprehensive cooperation and development in the fields of investment, construction, supply of raw materials, logistics services, finance... and many other related fields of the two companies.
According to the agreement, Stavian Industrial Metal will prioritize supporting FECON's connection with construction projects invested by Stavian Group or partners and member units of Stavian Group on the basis of fair competition in price and quality.
In addition, Stavian Industrial Metal will also support promoting cooperation between FECON and Stavian Group to develop investment in Industrial Parks, Logistic Centers and other types of Infrastructure projects.
In addition, with projects and construction contracts that FECON has the opportunity to participate in as a contractor, FECON will prioritize the use of steel and metal products provided by Stavian Industrial Metal on the basis of fair competition in price and quality.
Both sides also expressed their desire to work together to seek cooperation opportunities to cross-sell each other's products, and contribute value to each other's customer ecosystem.
This cooperation agreement is expected to contribute to enhancing competitiveness and opening up new potential for business development and investment of both sides. This is also an opportunity for the two businesses to learn from each other, improve their capacity and experience, promote their strengths, and create a premise to conquer new customers and markets.
