Viglacera Infrastructure Development Investment Company successfully organized the Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2027

On February 10, 2025, the Party Cell of Viglacera Infrastructure Development Investment Company held the Party Cell Congress for the 2025 - 2027 term. This Congress carries the spirit of openness, innovation, and determination to contribute to the implementation of strategic tasks of Viglacera Corporation - JSC in an important field of real estate business development, which is to improve the quality of business services in both areas: Industrial Parks, Housing & Urban Areas. Comrade Nguyen Quy Tuan, Deputy Secretary - Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of the Corporation attended and directed the Congress.

Implementing Plan No. 570-KH/DU dated September 30, 2024 of the Party Committee of Viglacera Corporation - JSC, the Party Congress of Viglacera Infrastructure Development Investment Company has seriously developed a comprehensive action plan, covering all activities of the Company.

The Congress approved the Political Report and the Review Report of the Party Committee for the 2022-2025 term, which clearly pointed out the most outstanding achievements. That is, with Industrial Parks spread across the North and Central regions, the amount of work directly managed is very large, the workforce is widely distributed, however, the Party Committee is always the leading unit of the Corporation in the field of Industrial Park management and operation, bringing many benefits to the Corporation in terms of both brand and economic value.

The problem of exploiting investment and operating the industrial park, bringing sustainable benefits to Viglacera has been concretized by solutions to reduce costs, increase revenue and profit. In 2024, with the new tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Corporation, the Company has promoted coordination with the Construction Investment Project Management Board of the Corporation to carry out a series of activities to concretize the Green, Smart Industrial Park project at Thuan Thanh Eco Smart IP.

In the operation of urban areas and residential areas: with Dang Xa urban area and 671 Hoang Hoa Tham apartment building, the Party Cell also directed to gradually increase service fees and improve the quality of operational services for residents. Resolutely direct the operation of granting red house books to residents.

With the determination in the direction and management of the Party Cell Committee, in the term 2022-2025: The Company has successfully completed key economic indicators such as: profit, revenue, average income and ensure that the growth rate of economic indicators next year is higher than the previous year:

Annual classification results of Party cells and Party members: 100% of Party members are qualified to complete their tasks well or better, some comrades complete their tasks excellently and are commended and rewarded. The Party cell is recognized as meeting the standard of "Basic Party organization completing its tasks excellently" . . The inspection and supervision work of the Party Cell is always rated as good. The Party Cell always attaches importance to and does a good job of propaganda and education so that each cadre and Party member always upholds their role, responsibility, and exemplary spirit in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws. Party members in the Party Cell always clearly define their tasks, are proactive, creative, and coordinate well in all aspects of work, and are not affected by the negative aspects of society due to the impact of the market economy.

At the same time, the Congress discussed and approved the directions, tasks, and key solutions to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2025-2027 term:

Comrade Nguyen Duy Hung - Secretary of the Company's Party Cell determined the general goals for the 2025 term - 202 7 as follows: "Proactively follow assigned tasks , respond appropriately to fluctuations, promote the Company's existing potential and capacity , ensure average growth , employment and income of employees each year higher than the previous year" .

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Quy Tuan - Deputy Secretary - Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Corporation acknowledged the achievements of the Party Committee and Party members in the Party cell for the 2022 - 2025 term, contributing to the overall achievements of the Party Committee. The Party cell of Viglacera Infrastructure Development Investment Company is one of the strong Party cells of the Party Committee of the Corporation. The Party cell with more than 40 Party members and 04 Party groups scattered in different areas needs to further promote the potential and strengths of each Party member to contribute to the overall development of the Company.

Comrade Nguyen Quy Tuan also emphasized that in the 2025 - 2027 term, the entire Party Cell must make more efforts, focus on and further strengthen management work, develop specific and detailed implementation solutions, and assign tasks to each individual and department. Comrades in the Party Cell and Party members must uphold the pioneering and exemplary spirit. In the face of difficulties, we must still create a secure, stable, and safe working environment for workers and be determined to complete the work of developing new Party members; have appropriate policies to attract outstanding people to strive to join the Party organization.

Faced with the pressure of the huge workload assigned by the Corporation, and at the same time having the capacity to meet the specific requirements of Viglacera Infrastructure Development Investment Company in the coming period, the Congress has placed the responsibility of leading the way on exemplary Party members with strong political qualities and professional qualifications. Accordingly, 5 comrades were elected to the Party Cell Executive Committee, along with the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell for the 2025-2027 term, specifically as follows:

In his closing speech at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Duy Hung - Secretary of the Party Cell of Viglacera Infrastructure Development Investment Company (term 2025 - 2027) accepted the opinions and directions of the Party Committee leaders, and on behalf of the Party Cell members, affirmed their determination to maximize the spirit of solidarity and creativity, and successfully complete the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the term 2025 - 2027. This was unanimously approved by 100% of the Party members attending the Congress.
