According to the decision, Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department is the Head of the Supervisory Delegation; Colonel Bui Quyet Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department and comrade Le Binh Son, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee are the Deputy Heads of the Supervisory Delegation.

Members of the Supervisory Delegation also include members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; members of the Provincial Police Party Executive Committee and members of the Provincial Police Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

After 70 years of construction and development, Nam Dinh city is now worthy of being the political - economic - cultural - social center of the province. Currently, Nam Dinh city is implementing the project to expand administrative boundaries and arrange commune-level administrative units; continuing to build a "Model ward police force for security, order and urban civilization".

In the city, there are many key projects being invested in and built to create momentum for socio-economic development, traffic connection, and open up new development space in the future.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will supervise the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh City Party Committee in leading, directing and organizing the implementation of the tasks of ensuring security, order and building the Nam Dinh City Police force. Focusing on supervising 3 main contents: (1) Results of leadership, direction, dissemination and implementation of directives and resolutions of the Central Committee, the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on ensuring security, order and building the Nam Dinh City Police force. (2) Results of ensuring security, order and building the Nam Dinh City Police force; the combination of socio-economic development tasks, Party building and the political system with the work of ensuring security and order. (3) Inspection and supervision work; interim and final review of the work of ensuring security, order and building the City Police force.

The monitoring period is from January 2022 to June 2024. The monitoring period is within 60 working days from the date of receipt of the report of the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh City Party Committee. The specific monitoring schedule is agreed upon by the Monitoring Team with the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh City Party Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh said that this was the first time the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee selected and conducted a comprehensive supervision of the Nam Dinh City Party Committee Standing Committee on leadership, direction and organization of implementation of all aspects of security and order assurance and building the city's police force.

To ensure the quality and progress of the supervision work, Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh requested the Nam Dinh City Party Committee to direct relevant party organizations to closely follow the supervision plan and develop supervision reports according to the outline of the supervision team. Arrange time and assign staff to work according to the agreed schedule; provide supervision information as requested; propose and recommend feasible solutions suitable to the actual situation in the locality.

The members of the Supervisory Delegation work carefully, objectively, honestly, and do not disrupt the regular work of the Nam Dinh City Party Committee. The inspection process must point out the advantages as well as the shortcomings and limitations, and give sincere comments in a constructive spirit so that the Nam Dinh City Party Committee can continue to lead and direct the work of ensuring security and order in the area in accordance with the new context and situation.

At the ceremony, representative of the Standing Committee of Nam Dinh City Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan expressed his honor that the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee was selected to supervise. This is also an opportunity for the Standing Committee to re-evaluate the leadership and direction work; summarize and draw lessons to have better implementation directions in the coming time. At the same time, some supervision contents are also topics that the Nam Dinh City Party Committee wants to propose to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Secretary of the City Party Committee hopes that the Supervisory Delegation will point out the advantages, disadvantages, and shortcomings so that the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh City Party Committee can better focus on leadership and direction, contributing to building Nam Dinh city into a civilized and modern urban area.
