On February 17, according to Binh Duong Provincial Information Portal, Di An City Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision on organizational structure and personnel work. Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Mr. Nguyen Van Loc - Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Council, along with leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee attended the conference.
Accordingly, the Conference announced the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and retiring before the age from February 15, 2025 for Mr. Ho Quang Diep - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Di An City Party Committee.
At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee's Decision was announced to transfer Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee to work at Di An City Party Committee, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Di An City Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.

At the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Loc Ha congratulated Mr. Ho Quang Diep - former Secretary of Di An City Party Committee for successfully completing his assigned tasks, and sincerely thanked Mr. Diep for his contributions to the development of the province during more than 40 years of work.
