At the ceremony, the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 2356/QD-UBND dated August 3, 2023 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of comrade Ho Phi Trieu - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, from August 7, 2023.
The Department of Home Affairs also announced Decision No. 2368/QD-UBND dated August 3, 2023 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Comrade Nguyen Danh Hung - Specialist of the Department of Agriculture, Office of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, from August 8, 2023.
Presenting the decision and flowers to the two appointed Deputy Directors of the Department, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh congratulated comrade Ho Phi Trieu and comrade Nguyen Danh Hung on being trusted and appointed to new positions by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the two comrades who were transferred and appointed are both well-trained officials with a long history of working and striving through many positions. With their capacity, youth, diligence in research and study during their work, the comrades have been highly appreciated by their agencies and units for their contributions.
Emphasizing that this is an honor and pride, but also a heavy responsibility for the appointed comrades, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that comrades Ho Phi Trieu and Nguyen Danh Hung need to make more efforts and continue to contribute to the industry and the province. These are also two departments with important positions and tasks, high work requirements, and must resolve work quickly and with quality, making an important contribution to the development of the province.

In the coming time, the two Deputy Directors of the Department must immediately get to work, quickly approach the work, promote their own experience and knowledge to join the leadership, cadres, civil servants and public employees of the two departments to complete the assigned tasks; inherit and promote the achievements of the previous leaders, uphold the spirit of solidarity, collaboration, sharing, strictly implement discipline and order to build a truly strong political organization and union in the agency.
Comrades also need to make more efforts to meet the requirements and expectations of the provincial leaders; demonstrate their mettle and role in the advisory work of the assigned sectors and fields, and coordinate well between agencies and units to continue to lead and direct the implementation of the socio-economic development goals and targets of the province.

Considering that the task is not new but the position is new, the major is new, and requires high expertise, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh asked comrades Ho Phi Trieu and Nguyen Danh Hung to focus on coordinating and sharing, and maintaining relationships with the old agency.
The leaders of the two departments: Planning and Investment, Agriculture and Rural Development continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and collaboration, perform well the assigned functions, promptly assign specific tasks to the two comrades who have been transferred and appointed; together manage and perform well the tasks of the industry.
Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the two transferred and appointed comrades, comrade Ho Phi Trieu - Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment expressed his thanks to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee for their trust and confidence in the decision to appoint them to the new position.

In his new position, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Ho Phi Trieu promised to continue to make efforts, strive, promote the industry's achievements, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
