Thai Binh police publicly announced the list of 322 cars fined in October.

From October 2 to October 29, the Traffic Police Department of Thai Binh Province recorded 322 cases of cars violating the Road Traffic Law being fined.

In the first week of October (October 2-8), traffic police recorded 11 cars not obeying traffic lights and 83 cars speeding.

The following week, from October 9 to 15, traffic police recorded 92 violations, including 12 cars not obeying traffic lights and 80 cars speeding.

From October 16-22, the Traffic Police Department of Thai Binh Province recorded 10 cars not obeying traffic lights and 56 cars speeding.

In the last week of October, the Traffic Police Department of Thai Binh Province recorded 70 vehicles being fined, including 12 vehicles not obeying traffic lights and 58 vehicles speeding.

Thai Binh Traffic Police recorded 322 cases of vehicles violating traffic laws and being fined in October.
