On March 17, Nghia Trung Commune Police (Tu Nghia District, Quang Ngai) invited 7 students and their guardians to work on the incident of throwing rocks that broke the glass of train SE1.

At around 4:30 p.m. on March 16, train SE1 running from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, passing km 932+900, in Tan Hoi village (Nghia Trung commune), was suddenly stoned, causing two glass windows to break, threatening the safety of passengers on the train.

Nghia Binh Railway Exploitation Branch (Vietnam Railway Corporation) reported the incident to Nghia Trung Commune Police.

Through extracting the train's dash cam and combining information provided by local people, the police determined that a group of 7 students aged 11-14, studying at schools in Nghia Trung commune, had thrown rocks at train SE1.

Through working with the police, 3 students admitted to throwing rocks at the train, the remaining students said they did not participate.

Currently, Nghia Trung commune police continue to verify the incident and coordinate with Nghia Binh Railway Joint Stock Company to handle it according to regulations.
