Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange has just announced the stock transactions of insiders and related persons of insiders of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank – HoSE: SSB).
Accordingly, Mr. Le Tuan Anh - son of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of SeABank continued to register to sell 2 million SSB shares for the purpose of restructuring personal finances.
The above transaction is expected to be carried out by negotiation and/or order matching on the floor from March 4 to April 2.
Before the transaction, Mr. Le Tuan Anh owned more than 51.1 million shares, equivalent to 2.050%. If the transaction is successful, Mr. Tuan Anh will reduce his ownership to 49.17 million shares, equivalent to 1.97%.

Previously, Mr. Le Tuan Anh also continuously registered to sell SSB shares. However, he has never been able to sell all of his shares.
Specifically, from January 25 to February 23, Mr. Tuan Anh registered to sell more than 1 million shares. However, he was only able to sell 390,000 shares due to unsuitable market conditions. After the transaction, the number of shares owned by Mr. Tuan Anh decreased from 51.56 million shares, equivalent to 2.06%, to 51.17 million shares, equivalent to 11.591% at present.
From December 21, 2023 to January 19, 2024, Mr. Tuan Anh also registered to sell 2 million SSB shares, however, after the transaction, Mr. Tuan Anh only sold 510,000 shares of this bank. The reason given was also due to unsuitable market conditions.
On the stock market, in the morning trading session on February 29, SSB stock price was fluctuating around VND 22,950/share with a trading volume of nearly 372,000 units .
