All of musician Ngo Thuy Mien's compositions are about a single "beauty", his faithful life partner. The musician and Ms. Doan Thanh Van, daughter of the most famous actor Doan Thanh Mau in Saigon in the 1960s, were once engaged. However, for personal reasons, their love affair fell into months of separation.
"Since the two met many years ago, I have been satisfied and have not written any more songs. I have answered many American newspapers and media that my emotions are gone.
