Transfer and receive 12 grassroots trade unions of the District People's Court in Hai Duong

At the conference, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union coordinated with the Labor Federations of districts, towns and cities to sign the minutes of handover and acceptance of 12 grassroots trade unions and union members of the People's Courts of districts, towns and cities to be directly under the grassroots trade union of the Provincial People's Court according to the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Previously, the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation agreed to transfer the district-level People's Court grassroots trade union under the district-level Labor Federation to the provincial People's Court grassroots trade union under the provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union for direct management and direction.

After receiving the Trade Union of District People's Courts, the Trade Union of the Provincial People's Court has 216 union members in 13 union groups.
