Strong changes in the homeland of the Fourth War Zone

Celebrating the 133rd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh on May 19 (1890-2023), in the homeland of the Fourth War Zone these days of May, the spirit of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is increasingly   extremely vibrant and positive.

The residential road in Vinh Trung neighborhood (Mao Khe ward, Dong Trieu town) was expanded thanks to people voluntarily donating land to build the road.

Over the years, Vinh Trung area (Mao Khe ward, Dong Trieu town) always achieves the title of cultural neighborhood; the Party cell of the area achieves clean and strong status, and all organizations in the area have excellently completed their tasks.

To achieve that result, according to Ms. Pham Thi Thuong, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Vinh Trung Ward, the ward always promotes the emulation movement "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", and propagates and popularizes typical advanced examples.

Promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members, 100% of Party members in the neighborhood have effectively implemented Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, Directive No. 05-CT/TW, resolutions and conclusions of the 4th Central Conference (term XII, XIII) on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system, Party regulations on the exemplary responsibility of cadres and Party members and what Party members are not allowed to do. No corruption, bureaucracy, opportunism, profiteering; no signs of ideological, political, moral, lifestyle degradation, signs of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party. Always promote the exemplary role and responsibility of the heads of Party committees and Party cells.

All party members must always be respectful and modest, and not cause trouble for the people. They must do a good job of propaganda, mobilization, gathering, and solidarity in the process of implementing the leadership and direction of the Party cell.

Vinh Trung area has mobilized people, party members, and philanthropists to support 270 million VND to build ancillary works for the area's cultural house.

The Party cell has led the Neighborhood Representative Board and other organizations to mobilize all people and cadres in the neighborhood to effectively implement the policies, guidelines, and laws of the Party and the State. Maintaining security and order, social safety, and people's lives are stable and increasingly improved.

Currently, 100% of households in the area have solid houses and sanitary facilities; there are no poor households in the area. 100% of households use grid electricity and clean water; 98.9% of households are "Cultural Family". The neighborhood has built 2,985m of concrete roads (hardening rate reaches 100%); 100% of roads have lighting; annually, contributions to various types of mobilization funds reach 103-104%; mobilize people, party members, and philanthropists to support 270 million VND to build auxiliary works for the cultural house.

Every year, the neighborhood does a good job of propaganda, mobilization, care, encouragement, visiting, and giving gifts to families with meritorious services, near-poor households, and disadvantaged households. Security and defense work is paid attention to and well implemented, there are no hotspots or hot spots that cause insecurity and disorder in the neighborhood. There are no complaints, and the mediation team operates well. Attention is paid to education and care for adolescents and children, and 100% of children of school age go to school. Health care and family planning work is always given attention...

Focus on propaganda work

Ms. Dang Kieu Nha, Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of Dong Trieu Town Party Committee, said: The town has directed to promote the propaganda work to implement Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, Directive No. 05-CT/TW widely in the political system from the town to the grassroots, among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, members of the armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in the area. At the same time, it is determined that this is an important content in the work of building and rectifying a clean and strong Party; building a contingent of cadres and party members with sufficient capacity and moral qualities to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

Accordingly, branches and party committees organize thematic activities associated with Party committee activities and monthly activities; organize seminars, exchanges, dissemination and propaganda sessions suitable to the practical situation of each branch and party committee.

Attention has been paid to propaganda and raising awareness among cadres, party members and people about the content, value and great significance of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Accordingly, the Propaganda Department of the Town Party Committee maintains the column "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" on the monthly internal bulletin of the town. The Town's Information and Culture Center maintains the column "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" on the radio.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations from the town to the grassroots level continue to launch the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", build cultural agencies, neighborhoods, families, build model new rural areas, civilized urban areas associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. The town's Political Center has coordinated to organize 14 training courses integrating Ho Chi Minh's ideology for 1,647 party members, union members and grassroots members. The town's education sector continues to promote the campaign "Each teacher is an example of morality, self-study and creativity", associated with emulation movements to carry out the sector's political tasks...

Promoting propaganda work, replicating typical advanced examples in studying and following Uncle Ho, Dong Trieu Town is currently deploying and maintaining 15 models registered at the provincial level (2021-2025 period), 97 models at the grassroots level; organizing the contest "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, arousing the aspiration to build Quang Ninh province into a model, rich, civilized and modern province"... Notably, on May 13, Dong Trieu Town excellently won first prize in the provincial contest on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Through studying and following Uncle Ho, we have contributed to creating strong changes, having a positive influence on the awareness of self-cultivation, training, and improving the political qualities, ethics, and lifestyle of each individual and collective in Dong Trieu in the journey of building an increasingly beautiful homeland and country.
