The exchange program is expected to have 6 major events: Opening of the cultural exchange program - connecting Vietnamese - Korean businesses and the 2023 Northern Delta international agricultural fair with a scale of about 400 booths; cultural and artistic exchanges between universities, colleges, localities of Korea and Thai Binh province; seminars on promoting investment, trade, tourism between Korea and Thai Binh province; visiting and surveying some industrial parks, tourist attractions, historical and cultural relics of the province, giving charity gifts at Thai Binh Provincial Children's Hospital; music festival - Homecoming with the participation of many top Korean and Vietnamese music stars; cultural booths, displaying typical products of Korea and Thai Binh province. With a series of major events attracting the attention of many politicians and guests at home and abroad; The event is expected to be attended by leaders of many central ministries and branches, leaders of provinces in the Northern region; former President of South Korea Lee Myung-bak, representatives of Seoul city and Gangwon province, the Presidential Secretariat, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Korea, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of South Korea to Vietnam, the Tourism Association and many large corporations and enterprises of South Korea.

At the meeting, the subcommittees organizing the cultural exchange program - connecting Vietnamese - Korean businesses "Thai Binh Homecoming Day" and delegates discussed additional tasks: decoration, guests, program content of each event, location, traffic safety, security and order, fire prevention and fighting, environmental sanitation, food safety, accommodation services... and completed the preparation stages to be ready to organize the series of events scheduled to take place from December 1 - 2, 2023.
A representative of Zenith Group (Korea) said that they have widely communicated and promoted the cultural exchange program - connecting businesses in Korea and worked with partners to prepare for the event organization, signed contracts to invite a number of famous singers to perform, invited large Korean corporations and enterprises such as Samsung, Daewoo, Hyundai... to promote investment, promote trade, bring products and technology to participate in the booths of the 2023 Northern Delta International Agricultural Fair; at the same time, they are urgently completing the guest work, coming up with stage ideas with modern sound and lighting. Zenith is committed to closely coordinating with the provincial organizing sub-committees to organize the exchange program successfully.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: This is an event of great significance, the largest scale ever in the field of culture, attracting investment with the unified direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the proactive participation of the Provincial People's Committee. In order for the program to have a meaningful spread domestically and internationally, members of the Steering Committee and organizing subcommittees need to properly perceive the scale, significance and objectives of the program to promote a sense of responsibility, implement tasks synchronously and promptly, ensuring that the events take place successfully, safely, economically and effectively.
To ensure the progress of organizing events as planned, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the organizing subcommittees clearly assign tasks to each department, branch, and unit to avoid overlap; operate, get to work immediately, and promptly survey the locations of the events to develop implementation plans. Quickly complete the guest work, confirm delegates attending the event; develop detailed scenarios for each activity, contact and sign cooperation agreements with famous singers from Vietnam and Korea; estimate the budget and have a plan to prepare and mobilize investment resources; closely follow the events for communication to spread and create an exciting atmosphere among the people. The provincial police together with Thai Binh city proactively have plans and solutions to protect, maintain security, order, and traffic safety; the City People's Committee promptly renovates the urban area, ensuring accommodation conditions for politicians and invited delegates; The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has effectively implemented the management and licensing of cultural activities throughout the program.
