This is also part of the trend of strengthening cooperation between the province and Vietnamese localities in recent times, through many promotional events between businesses of the two countries, exchanges and cooperation in education, culture, health, etc.
In particular, the upcoming 5th Kanagawa Festival in Hanoi is also among those efforts. Once again, the Governor thanked Hanoi for its support in organizing this event, which will strengthen the friendship and people-to-people exchange between the two provinces and cities; contributing to promoting and further enhancing the Vietnam-Japan relationship.
