President of the Japanese Senate will pay an official visit to Vietnam

According to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly , at the invitation of National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, President of the Japanese House of Councilors Otsuji Hidehisa will pay an official visit to Vietnam from September 4 to September 7.
