Nam Ha village was established in 1993 under the Government's policy on establishing a new economic zone. The majority of the population is from Nam Ha province (now Nam Dinh and Ha Nam provinces) who came to establish the village. When it was established, the village had 249 households. After 30 years, the village currently has 434 households with more than 2,000 people. In 2013 - after 20 years, the average income of the village was 18 million VND/person/year, now the average income per capita has increased to 58 million VND/person/year; the number of poor households has decreased to 1.5%. Through mobilization, the villagers have actively participated in contributing to various funds to meet and exceed the assigned targets. In 2023, the rate of households achieving cultural family status will account for 96%...

In the joyful atmosphere of the Great Unity Day and the 30th anniversary of the village's founding, comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh acknowledged and commended the efforts and achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Dong Ha commune in general, and the Party cell, the village executive board, mass organizations and the people of Nam Ha village in particular, over the past 30 years. At the same time, he expressed his appreciation for the will, determination to overcome difficulties and hard work of the people of Nam Ha village, which have turned the barren land into a prosperous place and are changing day by day. He was also happy that the material and spiritual life of the people of Nam Ha has been constantly improved; cultural, educational and health activities have improved a lot. Investment in socio-economic infrastructure continues, including projects voluntarily contributed and implemented by the people.

To build Nam Ha village and Dong Ha commune to become more and more beautiful and civilized, comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh noted that in economic development, improving people's lives and incomes, in addition to developing traditional occupations, in the coming time when the industrial cluster in the area comes into operation, economic activities here will be more vibrant, commercial services will also develop, contributing to solving employment for local children. Therefore, the Party Committee and the government need to create the best conditions for people to produce and do business, do a good job of guiding and propagating so that people comply with the law, especially avoiding building houses on agricultural land, not allowing social evils to occur, especially drugs, gambling, and loan sharking.

At the same time, focus on doing well the work of poverty reduction; mobilize people to maintain health insurance coverage at 95% and strive to reach 100%; promote the effectiveness of Dong Ha Clinic, soon form and put into use Nam Ha Industrial Cluster Clinic to better care for the health of local people. Promote the tradition of studiousness of Nam Ha villagers, timely support cases of students with difficult circumstances, strive to have no students drop out of school; mobilize people to effectively carry out patriotic emulation movements.

He also shared the difficulties of village cadres in the implementation of tasks, and emphasized the need to maintain and improve the quality of Party cell activities, do a good job of developing new Party members, and promote the core role of Party members, veterans, and the Youth Union. In the field of security and order, in addition to maintaining and promoting the effectiveness of the security lighting model and flag lines, it is necessary to effectively carry out the movement of the entire people to protect national security.
