The Chairman of Deo Ca Group, a giant in the transportation industry, requires that in 4-6 years, vice presidents must be PhDs and members of the executive board must be masters.
This request was approved by Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company in a resolution on assigning tasks of studying and researching to improve qualifications for those participating in management and operation, signed by Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deo Ca Ho Minh Hoang. The company announced this resolution on November 7.
Accordingly, the Vice Chairmen of the Board of Directors of Deo Ca (excluding independent members of the Board of Directors) must participate in a postgraduate program in the assigned field and must become a doctor by December 31, 2028.
At the same time, the Board of Directors of Deo Ca also requires the executive board of the group, member units, and the Board of Directors' office (including the chief/deputy chief of office, assistant, secretary, and general specialist) to participate in graduate programs in the assigned professional field by December 31, 2026 and must have a master's degree.
Deo Ca Group currently has 7 Vice Presidents who all have master's degrees in business administration and road and bridge construction. Chairman of the Board of Directors Ho Minh Hoang, born in 1972, is an electrical engineer and has a master's degree in business administration. In the executive board, Deo Ca has 11 members, of which 10 are master's degrees and 1 is a doctor.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deo Ca said that he will reward individuals who complete their studies and research tasks to achieve degrees depending on the actual situation and results. Conversely, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang will also consider disciplinary action in the form of dismissal and job transfer for individuals who do not complete their studies to improve their degrees.

Last year, he awarded 10 people with good academic achievements in the executive master training course for dozens of Deo Ca leaders at a domestic university. The 5 students with the best graduation scores were sent by the group to continue participating in the doctoral research program.
