This agency is responsible for reporting to the competent authority to carry out procedures to adjust the project investment policy and related procedures so that the Provincial People's Committee can issue a decision to stop the project in accordance with legal regulations. The acceptance and final settlement of the project must comply with current legal regulations, not to lose the state budget and review and propose the Provincial People's Committee to consider and direct the review of the responsibilities of related organizations and individuals in the implementation of the project that has not met the requirements.
Regarding the policy for Thaco to implement the project "Dredging to increase the depth of Ky Ha channel to -9.3m", the Provincial People's Committee requested the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks to study current legal regulations, refer to the implementation in other localities, seek guidance from central ministries and branches, and advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to competent authorities for consideration and direction.
