On the afternoon of March 22, in Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province, a working delegation from the Naval Region 5 Command led by Colonel Trinh Xuan Tung, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Region, inspected the training of new soldiers at Battalion 563.

The delegation inspected the organization and training methods for new soldiers; the system of training grounds and training grounds; logistics and technical support work; and soldiers' awareness in performing assigned duties and tasks.

The inspection showed that Battalion 563 has thoroughly grasped and implemented the 2024 training plan seriously and in accordance with regulations. Battalion, company, and platoon officers operate and maintain tight, quality, and effective training units. 100% of new soldiers have good political awareness, have a firm grasp of the training content, are confident in their work, and are ready to receive and complete assigned tasks well.

Concluding the inspection, Colonel Trinh Xuan Tung acknowledged and commended the results achieved after one month of training of Battalion 563 and noted that the unit needs to continue to implement well the directives, resolutions, and instructions from above on the task of training new soldiers. Organize training seriously, closely, correctly, with sufficient components, content, and time according to plan, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.
The Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Naval Region 5 requested Battalion 563 to proactively grasp and manage the number of soldiers and the ideology of new soldiers; effectively carry out political education work in conjunction with caring for and ensuring good material and spiritual life for soldiers, contributing to encouraging and motivating new soldiers to feel secure in their work, strive to study, practice, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
