At Noi Bai Airport, the Ministry of Public Security's Permanent Office for United Nations Peacekeeping Operations coordinated with the Ministry of Public Security's Immigration Department, the Public Security of the units where the three comrades worked, and their families to welcome Colonel Le Quoc Huy, Lieutenant Colonel Vu Viet Hung, and Lieutenant Colonel Luong Thi Tra Vinh back to Vietnam, having successfully completed their assigned tasks after 18 months.

Accordingly, from October 2022 to present, these People's Public Security officers have excellently completed the tasks assigned by the United Nations Police Department; the commander of the South Sudan Mission; gradually affirming the capacity of the Vietnam People's Public Security with courage, professionalism, and qualifications to meet the requirements of the United Nations. The commander of the South Sudan Mission and the Commander of the South Sudan Mission Police highly appreciated their awareness, responsibility and effectiveness of work. Demonstrating the steadfast political will of the People's Public Security officers, quickly integrating into the working environment at the Mission and the United Nations headquarters; integrating with officers of other countries performing tasks at the UNMISS Mission; spreading the image of Vietnamese People's Public Security officers ready to participate in international missions and promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam to the United Nations and international friends.
