Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) recently issued a notice warning investors about impersonating HoSE.
Specifically, recently, a number of financial/securities investment service providers have used the logo and abbreviation of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) to solicit investors in groups on social networking sites. HoSE affirms that the above information is fake.
The Securities Law stipulates that, apart from the Vietnam Stock Exchange and its subsidiaries (Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and Hanoi Stock Exchange), no organization or individual is allowed to organize and operate the securities trading market.
The subjects have taken advantage of HoSE's image and information to attract investors to participate. Investors may face risks when disputes arise without the protection of their rights and interests by the law on securities and the securities market.
HoSE recommends that investors be cautious and carefully research invitations to participate in securities investment to avoid being scammed in securities trading activities.
To refer to information disclosures of market members as well as announcements on HoSE, investors access the official information portal of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange via the website www.hsx.vn and the fanpage https://www.facebook.com/HochiminhStockExchange .
