According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, last night and early this morning (September 24), Thanh Hoa to Quang Ngai; the Central Highlands and the South will have showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain. The rainfall from 7pm on September 23 to 3am on September 24 was over 40mm in some places, such as: Da Krong (Quang Tri) 44.6mm, Hoa Tien ( Dak Lak ) 72.2mm, Ya Xier (Kon Tum) 59.6mm...

During the day and night of September 24, from Nghe An to Quang Ngai and the Northern Central Highlands and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall of 15-30mm, some places over 60mm, rain concentrated in the afternoon and evening.

Thanh Hoa : Ba Thuoc, Lang Chanh, Muong Lat, Ngoc Lac, Nhu Thanh, Nhu Xuan, Quan Hoa, Quan Son, Thuong Xuan, Thach Thanh, Cam Thuy.

Nghe An: Anh Son, Con Cuong, Ky Son, Que Phong, Quy Chau, Quy Hop, Tan Ky, Thanh Chuong, Tuong Duong, Thai Hoa town.

Ha Tinh: Cam Xuyen, Can Loc, Duc Tho, Huong Khe, Huong Son, Ky Anh, Nghi Xuan, Hong Linh town, Ky Anh town, Vu Quang, Thach Ha.

Quang Binh: Bo Trach, Le Thuy, Minh Hoa, Quang Ninh, Quang Trach, Dong Hoi City, Tuyen Hoa.

The meteorological agency also issued a weather change bulletin for 3-10 days (night of September 25 to October 3).

In particular, the North will have scattered showers and thunderstorms at night and sunny days. On September 29-30, this area is likely to have scattered showers and thunderstorms.

In the Central region, in the late afternoon and at night, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, and sunny days. From the night of October 1 to October 3, there is a possibility of scattered showers and thunderstorms from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue.

On October 2-3, the highest temperature in Hanoi decreased by about 3 degrees Celsius compared to the previous day, reaching 28 degrees Celsius, cloudy, no rain.
