Recently, Trang Bom District People's Committee issued Document No. 8402/UBND-TNMT to Nguoi Dua Tin regarding The Long Eyes project in Song Thao commune.

The content of the document of Trang Bom District People's Committee stated that the report of Song Thao Commune People's Committee affirmed that the advertisement of The Long Eyes land project in Song Thao Commune was actually the land of a number of individuals who received the transfer, completed procedures to change the land use purpose from agricultural land to residential land and transferred and donated the land use rights.

Regarding the content of the advertisement for The Long Eyes project being untrue, the People's Committee of Trang Bom district directed the Department of Culture and Information to advise the People's Committee of the district to inform on the radio and on the district's electronic information portal, affirming that there is no The Long Eyes project in Song Thao commune so that people know.

At the same time, direct the People's Committee of Song Thao commune to put up notice boards in the commune stating that there is no The Long Eyes project.

Trang Bom District People's Committee also pointed out that Song Thao Commune People's Committee was slow to detect that households arbitrarily poured concrete and spread crushed stone on the roadbed of 05m wide x 238m long belonging to part of plot 138, map sheet number 45 of Song Thao Commune to build a public road without the approval of the government.

The People's Committee of Song Thao commune was slow in processing and reporting to ask for opinions on the petitions of households asking to invest their own funds in building public roads as mentioned above, which is not performing well the state management function in the locality. It is necessary to rectify and take measures to handle this in the coming time.

To avoid cases where people buy real estate advertised as untrue projects in the district, Trang Bom District People's Committee will direct the Department of Culture and Information to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Urban Management, and the People's Committees of communes and towns to inform people about real estate projects licensed according to regulations in the area.
