Also located on Nguyen Hue walking street, the Times Square Investment Joint Stock Company building with the first 6-star hotel in Ho Chi Minh City (26-36 Nguyen Hue, District 1) is chaired by Mr. Chu Lap Co (Ms. Truong My Lan's husband). The project was arranged by Ms. Truong My Lan for Mr. Co to use as collateral and to extend the mortgage for loans requested by Ms. Lan at SCB. In the center of District 1, this building can be said to be the most "monstrous" and extremely luxurious.

The ancient villa at 110 - 112 Vo Van Tan (District 3) has an area of nearly 3,000m2 with 3 street frontages: Vo Van Tan - Ba Huyen Thanh Quan - Nguyen Thi Dieu. In 2015, Ms. Truong My Lan, through MINERVA Joint Stock Company, bought this ancient villa for 35 million USD (about 700 billion VND). MINERVA Joint Stock Company was established on July 28, 2015 with a charter capital of 200 billion VND.
Immediately after purchasing this villa, Ms. Truong My Lan had it restored to its original state in 2019. The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction granted a construction permit to Singapore's Stonewest Limited as the contractor for the project. Because the ancient villa is on the conservation list, the owner of the project is only allowed to restore and repair the original state and is not allowed to rebuild. The security guard here said that after Ms. Truong My Lan was arrested, the authorities came to work here and the contractor announced the closure of the project and stopped construction. According to observations, there were no more workers inside but materials and machinery were still scattered. A few security guards were kept here to protect the project.
