Direction from District 4 to Binh Thanh District: Nguyen Tat Thanh (District 4) Hoang Dieu - Ong Lanh Bridge - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Nguyen Thi Nghia - Cach Mang Thang Tam - Nguyen Thi Minh Khai - Xo Viet Nghe Tinh (Binh Thanh District).
Direction from Thu Duc City to District 3, District 5: Vo Nguyen Giap (Thu Duc City) - Dien Bien Phu - Dinh Tien Hoang - Vo Thi Sau - Ba Thang Hai - Le Hong Phong (District 5).
Direction from District 3, District 5 to Thu Duc City: Le Hong Phong (District 5) - Dien Bien Phu - Vo Nguyen Giap (Thu Duc City).
For routes leading to Me Linh Square roundabout (including: Phan Van Dat, Ho Huan Nghiep, Ngo Duc Ke), only traffic flows towards Me Linh Square, not towards Dong Khoi (for remaining vehicles in Dong Khoi area after being isolated to serve the program).
In addition , Ho Chi Minh City prohibits all types of vehicles from stopping and gathering to watch fireworks on Thu Thiem Bridge, Binh Loi Bridge, Binh Trieu Bridge, Mong Bridge, Calmette Bridge, Ong Lanh Bridge, Hang Xanh Crossroads Overpass, Go Dua Crossroads Overpass, Binh Trieu Bridge, Phu My Bridge, Nguyen Huu Canh Overpass, Kenh Thanh Da Bridge, Saigon Bridge, and Rach Chiec Bridge.
Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police recommends that drivers traveling to roads adjacent to isolated areas and road closures for fireworks displays should reduce speed and follow the instructions of traffic police, traffic safety forces, or traffic signal systems on the road.
Ho Chi Minh City will organize fireworks displays at 15 locations within 15 minutes (0:00 to 0:15) on January 29, 2025 (the first day of the Lunar New Year).
2 high-altitude fireworks display locations at the Saigon River Tunnel (Thu Duc City) and Ben Duoc Martyrs Memorial Temple (Cu Chi District).
13 low-altitude points include: Thao Dien urban area; Saigon River area, near Rach Chiec bridge; Ben Noc Memorial Temple (Thu Duc city); Rach Dia bridge area (Nha Be district); Dam Sen cultural park (district 11); memorial area of the 1968 Tet Offensive and Uprising (Binh Chanh district); Tay Bac Industrial Park (Cu Chi district); Rung Sac martyrs memorial temple (Can Gio district); District 7 administrative center square; 38ha residential area park, Tan Thoi Nhat ward (district 12); Hoa Binh square (Go Vap district); Nga Ba Giong martyrs memorial area (Hoc Mon district); Binh Dien market area (district 8)
