GĐXH – Grilled fish is a favorite dish of many people. Frying fish in a pan or grilling over charcoal has always made housewives struggle to find tips to cook the fish until golden brown and crispy without oil splatter or breaking the fish. However, the following way of grilling fish with an air fryer will help you quickly solve the trouble of grilling/frying fish while still having delicious fish like pan-fried or charcoal-grilled.
Ingredients to prepare:
For grilled fish, you should choose fresh tilapia or red tilapia because these two types of fish have few small bones. After buying, clean the fish with vinegar, salt or best of all, white vinegar (because fishmongers say that using white vinegar is the best way to remove the fishy smell), then clean the black membranes to remove all the fishy smell.

After cleaning and draining the fish, use a knife to lightly make a few cuts on both sides of the fish to help the spices absorb easily when marinating.
After brushing the marinade evenly, marinate the fish for about 20 to 30 minutes to let the fish absorb the spices.
Use a brush to spread the marinade evenly over the fish and marinate for about 20 minutes.
Pour a little water into the bottom of the air fryer to keep the grilled fish from drying out.
Pour a little water into the bottom of the air fryer before placing the grill rack in – this will keep the grilled fish from drying out.
Put the fish in the pot. If you don't use foil, lightly and evenly brush a layer of cooking oil on the grill surface so the fish doesn't lose its skin.
Next, line the bottom of the air fryer with a layer of aluminum foil (if using aluminum foil), then put the fish in the pot and fry for the first time for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Then you flip the fish over and brush another layer of marinade on the fish and continue frying at 180 degrees Celsius for another 15 minutes until the fish is golden brown.
Then turn the fish over and brush another layer of marinade on the fish and continue frying at 180 degrees Celsius for another 15 minutes until the fish is evenly golden brown and you have a delicious grilled fish dish, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The finished grilled fish dish is delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
