On the morning of February 8, comrades: Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and encouraged units and workers constructing the 500kV line 3 circuit from Quang Trach (Quang Binh province) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen province) through Thai Binh province. Also attending were leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade and Vu Thu district.
Provincial leaders gave gifts and New Year wishes to the units and workers at the construction site.

The 500kV 3-line transmission line project from Quang Trach (Quang Binh province) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen province) has a total length of about 519km, passing through 211 communes and wards of 43 districts and towns in 9 provinces: Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen. The total number of 1,179 column foundations, with a total investment of about 22,000 billion VND, is invested by the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) under the Vietnam Electricity Group. The section passing through Thai Binh province is about 39km long, passing through 22 communes in 4 districts of Vu Thu, Dong Hung, Hung Ha and Quynh Phu; up to now, 107/107 column foundations have been cleared and handed over to the construction unit.
Provincial leaders visited and encouraged the units and workers constructing the 500kV line circuit 3 at the foundation position of pole number 125 in Tu Tan commune (Vu Thu).

Directly visiting and encouraging the construction unit and workers at the construction site at the foundation of column No. 125 in Tu Tan commune (Vu Thu), comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the efforts, endeavors and responsibilities of the Party Committee and authorities of Vu Thu district as well as the districts and communes where the project passes through; at the same time, welcomed and respectfully thanked the farmers of the localities for seeing the nature and importance of the project, thereby supporting and agreeing to hand over the site so that the project can be implemented soon.
With a very urgent working atmosphere at the construction site, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the construction unit for seriously implementing the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister, which is to promote the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain", "only discussing work, not discussing retreat", focusing on construction in 3 shifts, working through holidays and Tet, contributing to speeding up the project's progress.
He requested the construction unit to continue to promote; widely launch emulation movements; mobilize workers, especially assign appropriate human resources during the 2024 Lunar New Year to ensure safe, quality, and timely construction; report to promptly resolve difficulties and problems during the construction process. He also requested to fully and promptly supply raw materials and materials to the construction unit while ensuring good security and order at construction sites.
On the occasion of welcoming the New Year of Giap Thin 2024, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee wished the cadres and workers at the construction site good health in the new year, safe construction, on schedule, ensuring the successful completion of the project's set goals.
