Vietnam Post rotates and appoints Deputy Post Directors of Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan provinces

On September 18, 2024, Vietnam Post Corporation held an online ceremony to announce the decision to transfer and appoint Deputy Directors of the Post Offices of Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan provinces. Mr. Phan Thao Nguyen, Member of the Board of Members attended and delivered a speech assigning tasks to the appointed ministries.

Accordingly, the Corporation temporarily transfers and appoints Mr. Truong Xuan Truong, Deputy Director of Binh Thuan Provincial Post Office , to the position of Deputy Director of Ninh Thuan Provincial Post Office; transfers and appoints Mr. Tran Quang Sang, Deputy Director of Ninh Thuan Provincial Post Office, to the position of Deputy Director of Binh Thuan Provincial Post Office. The Decisions take effect from September 19, 2024.

Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the appointed officials, on behalf of the Corporation's leaders, Board member Phan Thao Nguyen congratulated Ninh Thuan Provincial Post Office and Binh Thuan Provincial Post Office on having new leaders to help improve the management of the units; at the same time, congratulated Mr. Truong Xuan Truong and Mr. Tran Quang Sang on the opportunity and conditions to develop in the new working environment.

According to Mr. Phan Thao Nguyen, today's ceremony to announce the decision to transfer and appoint cadres is quite special, because this is the first time in the Corporation that the Deputy Director position has been transferred and changed between two units that have many similarities in terms of geography and business area. The Corporation's leaders hope that the comrades who receive the assignment will quickly hand over the work in the previous position, promptly accept the task in the new unit, grasp the work as well as review the related parts to reorganize the activities assigned by the unit's leaders. In addition, proactively grasp the new environment, work, new business area, new cadres and colleagues in the next stage.

There is a lot of work from now until the end of the year, the main focus is the goal of completing the Campaign "120 days of action - Successfully reaching the finish line", so the Board of Members noted that units must have a plan, the main goal of the campaign, ensuring income for workers. "I hope that comrades will unite in work, work together to complete the work, overcome difficulties, to have a better future, so that "Postal workers live by the Postal profession". That is the biggest goal in the current period" - Mr. Phan Thao Nguyen shared.

Receiving the guidance from the leaders of the General Corporation, the new Deputy Director of Binh Thuan Provincial Post Office, Tran Quang Sang, and Ninh Thuan Provincial Post Office, Truong Xuan Truong, pledged to do their best to excellently complete the assigned tasks. They also expressed their determination to work with the leaders of the two units to promote the spirit of solidarity, forming a Great Solidarity Bloc, together building Binh Thuan Provincial Post Office and Ninh Thuan Provincial Post Office to develop strongly.

The collective leadership, staff and employees of the two units will join hands to help the new cadres integrate as quickly as possible to accelerate the completion of assigned tasks in the remaining time of the 2024 planning year.
