The Minister of Home Affairs has just signed Decision No. 20 promulgating the Plan to implement the Project "System of applying information technology to evaluate administrative reform and measure people's satisfaction with the services of State administrative agencies in the period 2021 - 2030" in 2024.

Accordingly, the general goal is to implement the Government's administrative reform goals and tasks in 2024, contributing to building a people-centered administration, successfully implementing sustainable development goals, and enhancing national competitiveness.

The plan sets out specific goals: Deploying a survey to assess administrative reform, measuring people's satisfaction with the services of State administrative agencies on the basis of increasing the application of information technology; providing data to develop and advise the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform, the Prime Minister to announce the Administrative Reform Index (PAR Index), People's Satisfaction Index (SIPAS) in 2024.

Implement sustainable development indicators, enhance national competitiveness integrated through the Administrative Reform Index and People's Satisfaction Index.

Deploy a survey to evaluate administrative reforms and measure people's satisfaction with the services of state administrative agencies.

At the same time, build and provide an online database on the organization, implementation and results of administrative reform of the Government, ministries, branches and localities on the State Administrative Reform Information Portal (with the address: caicachhanhchinh.gov.vn).

Inform and propagate to cadres, civil servants, public employees, people and society about the Party's guidelines and policies, policies, activities and results of the Government, ministries, branches and localities on administrative reform and improving the quality of service to the people.

Provide timely information to serve the direction, administration, and organization of administrative reform implementation of the Government, the Prime Minister, the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform, ministries, branches, and localities.

Build and provide easy and reliable means and tools for people and society to actively participate in monitoring and giving comments on policies, regulations, activities and results of State administrative reform of the Government, ministries, branches and localities.

The plan requires, the organization of implementation and the results of the plan implementation require the participation of the people, the close and timely coordination of relevant ministries, branches, localities, agencies, organizations and individuals. Achieving the set goals and results, quality, efficiency and savings.

The Ministry of Home Affairs is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant agencies and organizations to carry out the tasks and activities assigned in the Plan; and arranging appropriate resources to carry out the tasks and activities chaired by the Ministry.

Guide, inspect and evaluate ministries, branches and localities on the implementation of tasks and activities in the Plan.

Organize scientific seminars, training programs, professional development, and experience sharing seminars domestically and internationally related to the activities in the plan.

Synthesize and report to the Government, the Prime Minister, and the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform on the results of the Plan's implementation; advise and make recommendations to relevant agencies and units on solutions to overcome existing problems; propose to competent authorities forms of emulation and rewards for achievements in the plan's implementation .
