The Provincial Military Command launched a surprise emulation campaign to welcome the Provincial Armed Forces Emulation Congress for the period 2019-2024.

On May 16, the Provincial Military Command launched a 50-day emulation campaign to celebrate the Provincial Armed Forces Emulation Congress for the period 2019-2024.

The emulation campaign will take place from May 19, 2024 to July 9, 2024, with the theme: "50 days of emulation action to make achievements to win". Accordingly, at the launching ceremony, the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units signed an emulation agreement to carry out the launching campaign well. Always be vigilant, be ready to fight, and not be surprised in any situation. Speed up the progress of phase 1 training; after training, check to ensure that 100% of the content, time, number of troops, and all test contents meet the requirements, of which 80% or more are good. Agencies and units focus on doing a good job of preparing and organizing the Emulation Congress for the period 2019-2024 with quality, completing before May 31, 2024 and organizing a preliminary review of the Emulation and Reward work for the first 6 months of 2024 with quality, on time as prescribed.

Promote propaganda activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024), the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024) according to Plan No. 4612/KH-UBND, dated November 2, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee. Organize the 2024 National Defense Sports Festival to welcome the Congress to ensure absolute safety. Deploy participation in the national video clip contest "The Soldier I Love" and the writing contest "Stories in the Company"; Writing contest about typical advanced collectives and individuals in the Military Region's armed forces; Photo contest on the 80th anniversary of the Heroic Army organized by the Military Region with high results. Maintain strict and serious discipline and regular regime; Strengthening ideological management, discipline, human management and military relationships; creating a steady change in building discipline, law enforcement and discipline; striving for the unit to have no serious violations, incidents affecting the nature and tradition of the Army and the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers"; no disciplinary violations that need to be handled.
