During the 12 years of implementing Directive 124 and 10 years of implementing the Project, the Signal Corps focused on comprehensively and focusedly innovating the content and political education program. Along with thoroughly grasping and implementing the political education program and disseminating legal education above, the Corps focused on improving the quality of compiling political lectures and self-determined educational materials; adding practical connections, examples to demonstrate closely each topic, function, task of the unit and the responsibilities and duties of soldiers.

Based on the assessment and correct identification of gaps in knowledge and ideological awareness of soldiers at each point in time, agencies and units determine the educational content that needs to be compiled to improve the comprehensive knowledge of soldiers. From 2011 to 2023, the Political Department and agencies and units in the Corps compiled hundreds of topics, tapes, and electronic lectures to serve ideological education at the unit.

With the strength of military data transmission lines, online television connection to 100% of company-level focal points and some remote stations in remote areas, the Information and Communications Corps focuses on applying online learning, testing discipline, through political lectures via television systems, contributing to overcoming geographical distance, saving time, effort and costs.

Based on the Electronic Information Portal system of the Corps, the websites of affiliated units, open specialized pages and sections to serve the work of political education, build hundreds of electronic lectures, audio data, images, videos... In 2022, the Corps will build and deploy the specialized page "Innovation of political education; propaganda and dissemination of legal education", which integrates many applications with more than 8,000 monthly accounts to check awareness of political education, many topics, videos, and clips of legal propaganda introduced to the subjects, creating interest in learning.

Over the past 12 years, the Corps and its units have organized 96 training courses for 3,218 political cadres at all levels; 52 competitions and lectures for political teachers with 1,448 cadres participating. Through the assessment of practical activities, 100% of political teachers in the Corps have completed their tasks, more than 80% are good and excellent; 100% are proficient in creating electronic lectures, 50% know how to make training films.

The quality and effectiveness of the education work have improved. The military branch completed 100% of the content, programs, and annual plans; the number of students always reached 98.9% to 100%; the regular test results were 100% satisfactory, of which the good and excellent rate was 83.85% or higher.

At the conference, the organizing committee announced the decision to award Certificates of Merit from the Minister of National Defense to 1 collective and 1 individual; the decision to award Certificates of Merit from the Political Commissar of the Corps to 11 collectives and 10 individuals.

Closing the 2023 Political Teaching Cadre Competition, the Political Commissar of the Corps awarded certificates of merit to 5 individuals who won First Prize, 4 individuals who won Second Prize, 4 individuals who won Third Prize; and awarded certificates of merit to 8 individuals who won Encouragement Prize.
