The Politburo appointed comrade Pham Gia Tuc, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office.
On the afternoon of November 12, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the Party Central Committee Office organized the announcement of the Politburo's decision on personnel work.
Member of the Politburo, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu chaired the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang announced the Politburo's decision. Accordingly, the Politburo decided that comrade Pham Gia Tuc would cease to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and cease to hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; and transfer and appoint him to the position of Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office.

Presenting the Decision and congratulating comrade Pham Gia Tuc with flowers, and giving a speech assigning tasks, comrade Tran Cam Tu stated that comrade Pham Gia Tuc is a capable and experienced cadre, who has received basic training, matured from the grassroots and has been trained in leadership positions in many different localities, agencies and units.
In all positions, he always strives, trains, and completes assigned tasks well, making important contributions to the overall achievements and results of agencies and units.
Comrade Tran Cam Tu expressed his belief that with his working experience, Comrade Pham Gia Tuc will quickly take over and approach the work with the leadership team of the Office, departments, bureaus, and units of the Central Party Office, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Comrade Tran Cam Tu stated that there is still more than a year until the 14th National Party Congress, with extremely heavy tasks to complete, a huge amount of work, and very high requirements; it is necessary to focus on leading and directing the completion of the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; direct Party Congresses at all levels, prepare well for the 14th National Party Congress; continue to urgently reorganize and streamline the Party and State apparatus; promote national digital transformation; continue the fight against corruption, waste, and negativity...
The Central Party Office is an advisory and assisting body of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, directly the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Standing Subcommittee of the Organization to serve the 14th Congress and implement important projects.
Comrade Tran Cam Tu requested the leadership of the Party Central Office to thoroughly grasp the viewpoints, policies and resolutions of the Party, especially the direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and General Secretary To Lam on strongly innovating the Party's leadership and governance methods; proactively innovate, be creative, and promptly concretize the above guiding ideas in the process of advising and performing assigned tasks, improve the professionalism and efficiency of office work, be determined to take the lead in implementing digital transformation, promptly contribute and process information to serve the leadership of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat.
At the same time, closely coordinate with relevant agencies to coordinate the preparation work, organize and serve the 14th National Party Congress to ensure timeliness, quality and highest efficiency, contributing to the success of the Congress.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Pham Gia Tuc respectfully expressed his deep gratitude to General Secretary To Lam and comrades in the Politburo for entrusting him with this honor and responsibility; and thanked the Party Committee, government and people of Nam Dinh province for helping him successfully complete his tasks during nearly 4 years of work.
He said that, taking on the new task, he will always improve his sense of responsibility and working capacity, try harder to overcome all difficulties and challenges, inherit and promote the traditions and valuable experiences of the comrades of the Party Central Office through the periods, promptly grasp the assigned work, with the spirit of innovation and creativity, the will and aspiration to rise of the Party Central Office.
Along with that, we will unite with the leaders, cadres, civil servants and employees of the Party Central Office, join hands, be unanimous, determined, resolute and determined to carry out tasks effectively, increasingly better meet the high requirements and great responsibilities of the Party agency; provide accurate and timely advice with increasingly high quality to serve the leadership and direction of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat.
In the immediate future, we will focus on advising, leading and directing the successful completion of tasks in 2024-2025 and the entire 13th Congress term, successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party, all for the benefit of the Party, the nation and the people in the new era - the era of the Vietnamese people's rise./.
